BenDaDonnn has broken his silence after being arrested in College Station and charged with evading arrest or detention. He says he was racially profiled and wrongfully detained and plans legal action. Police say he refused commands and tried to get away. His bond was $7,000, while his security guard Kenny Carter’s bond was $4,000.
