Director Venky Atluri showed respect to actor Suriya at a promotional event for their upcoming film. The director initially pitched a different biopic idea which faced rights issues. Suriya desired a lighter genre after several intense roles and action films. Atluri then narrated the concept for ‘Vishwanath & Sons’ over the phone. This romantic family drama is scheduled for a theatrical release on August 14, 2026.
