Kargar will take over as director and CEO from K N Radhakrishnan on January 27, 2027, TVS Motor said on Friday. Radhakrishnan will continue as CEO until then and subsequently serve as a non-executive director till the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for July 2027. The leadership change comes after TVS Motor sold 5.9 million vehicles globally in FY26 and reported 30% revenue growth.
