Third Rock Ventures V, L.P. director sells $7.4m Septerna shares

The company plans to utilise the proceeds for the acquisition of Falcon Yarns, funding the working capital requirements of Falcon Yarns and general corporate purposes.

JSW Steel has fixed Tuesday as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 7.1 per share for the financial year 2026. Once approved by the shareholders during its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), the said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, the company said.

NCERT has been granted Institution Deemed to be University status by the Ministry of Education. This decision followed an expert committee examination by the University Grants Commission.
