Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce was a victim in a multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme. Siddharth Jawahar was sentenced to eleven years for defrauding investors of over thirty-five million dollars. Jawahar allegedly invested client funds poorly and used new money to pay earlier investors. He spent investor cash on a lavish lifestyle including private jets and luxury hotels. Kelce’s exact financial loss in this scheme has not been disclosed.
