Taiwan’s Wistron raises $1.5 billion in global share sale to fund raw material purchases

Nvidia supplier Wistron is raising $1.47 billion through a global share sale as surging AI spending drives demand for servers and components. The Taiwanese company will use the proceeds to buy raw materials in foreign currencies. Wistron is also expanding production, including a $700 million AI systems plant in Texas.
