First of its kind in the country, the plant will be developed under HPL’s subsidiary Adplus Polymers & Chemicals. The facility is set to house the country’s first on-purpose propylene plant based on olefin conversion technology and the country’s largest phenol production unit in West Bengal’s Haldia.
