Starlink has completed a major ground infrastructure with 20 gateway sites and hundreds of antennas in India. The company has developed security controls to keep Indian users’ data within India while engaging with local regulators. Starlink has been granted licenses to operate in India after five years of collaboration with industry stakeholders. Lauren Dreyer highlighted India’s digital advancements during her speech at the India Mobile Congress.
