Spotify’s Loud and Clear report says royalties earned by Indian artists grew 29% in 2025, with Telugu up over 120%, Marathi close to 50% and Bengali around 40%. Indian artists drew nearly 335 billion streams, and more than 40% of their royalties came from listeners abroad. Of the 15 most exported tracks, 11 were independent releases. Haryanvi streams have grown nearly seven times since 2023.
