Shah Rukh Khan is renovating his iconic Bandra residence, Mannat, and constructing a new gallery. The actor and his family temporarily moved out in April 2025 for extensive repairs. Anand Pandit’s firm is involved in adding two new floors to the annexe. The renovation is expected to conclude in two to three months. Shah Rukh and his family will then return to their significantly expanded home.
