Sensex slides 288 pts; realty shares decline

Dynamatic Technologies shares surged 12% after the company reported a near-doubling in Q1 FY27 net profit to Rs 20.79 crore. Revenue rose 14.5% year-on-year to Rs 424.81 crore, while EBITDA jumped 45.9% to Rs 55.11 crore. EBITDA margin expanded 280 basis points to 13%, with EBIT rising 83.7% and EBIT margin improving 310 basis points.

Grasim Industries is strategically acquiring Sprng Energy to accelerate its renewable energy business growth. This acquisition is expected to significantly increase the renewable energy segment’s revenue share by FY28. The company acquired Sprng Energy’s solar portfolio at a discount to current market rates.
