A federal judge approved the forfeiture of items seized during Sean Combs’ arrest. Cash and electronic devices were officially transferred to the US government. These items were confiscated during federal raids at his residences in 2024. Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently serving a prison sentence with a projected release date in 2028.
