‘Kala Hiran’ producer Amit Jani has moved the Supreme Court against a Delhi HC order that removed the film’s teaser and promotional content over Salman Khan’s personality rights. Justice Jyoti Singh had ruled makers couldn’t exploit Khan’s identity commercially. Jani calls the decision unjust, noting Khan doesn’t appear in the film.
