RSWM, Spain’s NDS9 form JV to set up Rs 186 crore premium apparel facility

RSWM Ltd and Noize Design Studio have formed a joint venture for premium apparel. LNJ NDS9 Global Private Ltd will focus on denim and activewear for international brands. The new facility will integrate Industry 5.0 principles and advanced sustainable technologies. Initial investment is Rs 186 crore, with phased production capacity increases planned.
