Reliance Jio has introduced new pricing for business messaging services on iPhones. Apple has formally entered India’s business messaging market, challenging WhatsApp’s position. Businesses will pay new rates for marketing, transactional, and OTP messages starting September 1. Rival operators Vodafone Idea and Bharti Airtel are expected to join the Apple RCS ecosystem soon.
