Pune has become Maharashtra’s first city to receive a Model Sub-Registrar Office. This initiative aims to modernize property registration and improve service delivery across the state. VFS Global and WE Excel Software will establish sixty such offices in phases. These centers will utilize digital infrastructure and offer enhanced applicant assistance. The program will expand to Mumbai, Thane, and Nagpur in its initial phase.
