Rohit Tiwari, who posed as a policeman, was arrested for pushing a worker, Nitin Kumar, from a moving train. The incident occurred on September 19, as Nitin was returning home after working in Hyderabad. Tiwari allegedly demanded money from workers and minors traveling in the disabled compartment of passenger trains. Following a complaint from Nitin’s father, police recovered his body and identified it.
