On Bombay HC nudge, IMA calls off strike over registration of homeopaths

The Bombay High Court intervened in a doctors’ strike, prioritizing patient welfare. It persuaded the Indian Medical Association to immediately call off its statewide strike. The court directed the state to follow its August 3 decision regarding SOPs. Resident doctors also assured the court they would not stop treating any patient.
