NSE may allow its shares to trade on its own platform after BSE listing

Avantel shares rose sharply on Monday after the company reported robust June quarter earnings, with revenue rising 36% year-on-year to Rs 70.42 crore and net profit jumping 67% to Rs 5.39 crore. The stock traded above all key moving averages, while FIIs increased their stake during the June 2026 quarter.

An ITAT Delhi ruling has upheld a ₹1.86 lakh penalty against a taxpayer for failing to disclose his UAE bank account and foreign shareholding in his ITR. The tribunal rejected his explanations and held that the undisclosed foreign assets could be assessed under the Black Money Act for AY 2020-21.
