Luna Parc in New Jersey began as a 600-square-foot cabin that artist Ricky Boscarino started transforming in 1989. Over the years, he turned it into a 5,000-square-foot, 11-level home and studio filled with artwork, collections and unusual spaces. The property also serves as a teaching space where young local artists learn craft and business skills.
