MTRDC Bengaluru has invited applications for three Junior Research Fellow posts in vacuum electronic devices and related research areas. Eligible candidates can apply through specified Electronics, Electrical Engineering and M.Sc. routes, with NET or GATE requirements where applicable. The fellowship carries a stipend of Rs. 37,000 plus HRA and is initially for two years. The walk-in interview is scheduled for October 15, 2026, at MTRDC Reception, Jalahalli, Bengaluru, with document verification on the same day.
