Union (Mauritius) Holdings acquired a 0.57 percent stake for Rs 350.34 crore. This acquisition increased the Moopen family’s total shareholding to approximately 24.58 percent. The transaction involved purchasing equity shares from Centella Mauritius Holdings Ltd. The deal was executed at a price of Rs 760 per share on September 2. Aster DM Quality Care now operates a network of 39 hospitals across 28 cities.
