Mississippi teen Madalyn Sullivan has finished as first runner-up at Miss America’s Teen after representing her state at the national competition. An Oxford High School student, Sullivan founded Millie’s Mission, an initiative inspired by her sister’s autism diagnosis. She also co-authored the children’s book “Meet Millie” and donated copies to public libraries across all 82 Mississippi counties.
