Neil Gilson swam across Switzerland’s ten largest lakes over two summers. This extraordinary feat covered approximately 230 miles of challenging open-water swimming. His final 45-mile swim across Lake Geneva lasted over twenty-two hours. Gilson undertook this immense challenge to raise awareness for PANS and PANDAS conditions. His children joined him for the final metres, marking a deeply personal achievement.
