Marico has raised its stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals, owner of The Plant Fix–Plix, to 84.09% after acquiring an additional 24.09% for Rs 1,012.03 crore. The company also reported strong Q2 momentum and expects double-digit revenue growth and mid-twenties operating profit growth.
