In a tragic turn of events, a 23-year-old named Chetan Sawant has been arrested for the murder of Shrikant Jadhav in Kandivali East. The two were socializing with friends when Jadhav’s teasing sparked a heated argument. In a fit of rage, Sawant stabbed Jadhav in the chest while he slept, leading to his death. The Kurar Police quickly launched a murder investigation and detained Sawant on the same day.
