Kathua CISF fratricide: Tiff over bringing child to worksite emerged as trigger, say cops

A dispute over bringing a child to work escalated into a tragic incident involving the CISF in Jammu. Head constable Avdesh Kumar Singh allegedly opened fire after an argument with his colleagues. Four personnel, including an assistant commandant, were killed during the shooting at the Sewa hydroelectric power project. Singh was later apprehended and is in police custody for further investigation.
