India Post is expected to release the first merit list for GDS recruitment 2026 soon for 23,757 posts. The official release date has not been announced, although reports suggest the list could be published around October 10. The merit list will be issued circle-wise in PDF format. Selection is based on Class 10 marks, without a written examination. Shortlisted candidates will proceed to document verification before final selection under the applicable recruitment rules.
