The area now spans a total of 3,078.6 acres, including parts of the former Whitworth Ranch. Future developments may introduce around 10 miles of trails aimed at hiking and birdwatching, along with potential facilities like a headquarters and camping sites. This initiative will help preserve natural resources and provide greater recreational opportunities.
