Nayanashree Sanikop was diagnosed with localized scleroderma at 16, which progressed to systemic sclerosis. Despite her health setbacks, she completed her engineering degree and secured a job at Capgemini. Her career faced interruptions due to serious health issues, including tuberculosis and lung problems. After surgeries and advanced treatments, she rejoined Capgemini and currently leads important projects. Nayanashree actively participates in her hobbies while managing her condition with independence and support.
