Housing sales across nine major cities in India declined 6 percent during the July-September quarter. The total units sold fell to 1.03 lakh from the previous year’s 1.09 lakh. New supply also decreased from 1,00,330 units to 98,165 during the same period. Bengaluru and Hyderabad saw slight increases in sales, while major cities like Mumbai and Pune experienced significant declines.
