Himachal D.El.Ed counselling 2026: The first phase of Himachal Pradesh D.El.Ed. (CET)-2026 counselling has ended with 1,308 of 2,450 available seats allotted. Government institutions filled 746 of 900 seats, while private subsidised and non-subsidised institutions recorded 408 and 154 allotments respectively. Two institutions in Mandi and Shimla were excluded due to lack of NCTE recognition and board affiliation. A total of 1,142 seats remain vacant for subsequent counselling rounds.
