HDFC Bank has submitted two preferred candidates for its next MD and CEO to the Reserve Bank of India. The bank’s board approved these candidates and their remuneration for a three-year term. V Srinivasa Rangan will be reappointed as an executive director for one year. Jimmy Tata, currently chief credit officer, is also appointed as an executive director.
