Greaves Cotton has acquired the remaining twenty percent stake in Excel Controlinkage. This acquisition makes Excel Controlinkage a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greaves Cotton. The deal completes a multi-tranche acquisition process initiated in April 2023. Excel Controlinkage specialises in mechanical and electronic motion control systems.
