The Northeast Frontier Railway has recreated the 146-year-old Sukna railway station in West Bengal to preserve and promote the heritage of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Toy Train. The station now features a photo gallery with QR codes offering historical details. With passenger footfall reaching record levels, NFR will also run additional Toy Train services during Durga Puja to meet the festive rush, an official told ANI.
