Fujifilm to invest Rs 800 cr in semiconductor materials manufacturing facility in India

Japanese firm Fujifilm will invest USD 83 million in a new manufacturing facility. This facility will produce essential semiconductor materials in two phases. Commercial production is anticipated to commence in fiscal year 2028. The company plans to support front-end process chemicals initially. Fujifilm seeks to align with India Semiconductor Mission’s vision and policies.
