Pune-based Friends Union for Energising Lives (FUEL) received the CSR Times 2026 Award at the 13th National CSR and ESG Summit for its innovative education initiatives and use of CSR funds for institution-building. The organisation’s ‘Corporate Giving and Naming Schools’ model enables companies and philanthropists to adopt and name academic schools at FUEL SkillTech and Entrepreneurship University. Founded in 2007, FUEL aims to create long-term educational opportunities for first-generation learners and economically disadvantaged youth through CSR-funded infrastructure.
