Food regulator FSSAI has taken action against several companies for misleading claims. Amway India and Emami are among firms that withdrew ‘100 per cent’ product claims. Bonn Biscuits and Apis India also removed similar misleading statements from their products. Juza Foods and Masterchow Foods have also complied with the regulator’s directives.
