His venture, Ganga Bhumi Mushrooms, produces 500–600 kg of mushrooms daily and supplies markets in Brahmapur and Bhubaneswar. With monthly revenue reportedly reaching Rs 16–19 lakh, the enterprise earns over Rs 10 lakh after expenses and employs 24 people, including 18 women, showcasing rural entrepreneurship and job creation.
