April Paul was abandoned in a phone box as a newborn in 1994 and found with her umbilical cord still attached by Joe Campbell. Reunited with her rescuer in 2016, she now considers him family and calls him her “guardian angel”. April says she may never get answers from her birth mother about why she was abandoned.
