Former NFL running back LeShon Johnson has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for operating a large-scale dogfighting ring in Oklahoma. Johnson was convicted on six felony counts involving the possession, sale, transport and delivery of dogs for fighting. He also received three years of supervised release and a $30,000 fine. Authorities seized 190 dogs, while his attorney said Johnson may appeal the sentence.
