Ghaziabad food safety officials seized nearly ten quintals of prepared chhena rasgullas. The sweets were allegedly made using adulterated paneer and sugar. Chemicals such as sefolite were also reportedly used in their preparation. Samples were collected for laboratory testing and the entire stock was taken into custody. Proceedings have begun to revoke the warehouse operator’s license.
