Bernie Ecclestone was stopped in Portugal after a shotgun was found on his private jet. He said he brought it from Switzerland for clay-pigeon shooting but lacked the required paperwork. Ecclestone described the episode as “wall-to-wall aggravation”. His wife Fabiana Flosi went to Lisbon to surrender the gun, while Portuguese authorities gave a different account of his reported arrest.
