Sanskriti School in New Delhi’s Chanakyapuri found forged disability certificates submitted for nursery admissions under CwSN. The school reported the suspected forgery to Chanakyapuri police for verification. Police conducted a preliminary inquiry, verifying the disability certificates which were found to be fake. A case was registered under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for cheating and forgery. Investigations will seek to identify those involved in this fraudulent activity.
