Drone-dropped heroin, opium worth Rs 30 crore seized near India-Pakistan border in Sri Ganganagar

Police and villagers thwarted a drone-based drug smuggling attempt near the border. Narcotics valued at approximately thirty crore rupees were recovered from a large packet. This significant consignment contained heroin and opium, dropped from Pakistan. Indian smugglers who arrived to collect the drugs managed to escape the scene. A joint search operation is currently underway to apprehend the fleeing individuals.
