Rupa Bayor, an Arunachal Pradesh taekwondo poomsae athlete, missed the 2023 Asian Games due to a visa issue. Since then, she has risen to Asia No. 1 and world No. 5, becoming a strong medal contender. Raised by her farmer mother, she moved to Navi Mumbai in 2021 for training. Now, she aims to win a medal at the 2026 Asian Games.
