Delhi High Court rejects PIL against CBSE’s Class 12 On-Screen Marking system, directs students to pursue individual remedies

The Delhi High Court has declined to entertain a PIL alleging technical glitches and evaluation irregularities in CBSE’s Class 12 On-Screen Marking system. Citing the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on a similar matter, the court said individual students must pursue grievances separately. NSUI had sought an independent probe, compensatory marks and manual verification for affected candidates.
