Morgan Rielly has been given a new lease on life by Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Jim Hiller as the 2026-27 NHL season approaches. Rielly, who was the subject of criticism this offseason, said he remains a big part of what Toronto is trying to do. The coach also said he’s going to pair him with Radko Gudas and generate more offence in the offensive zone as the Maple Leafs prepare for the season.
