A Congress councillor allegedly ran into an MCD zone chairman’s office after an attack. A scuffle then broke out inside the office, causing some property damage. The zone chairman stated that two individuals engaged in a fight within his premises. A video appears to show a chair being thrown during the altercation. An associate of the councillor alleged that Aam Aadmi Party members were responsible for the attack.
