Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, will not face criminal charges over an alleged fight involving two women at a Florida short-term rental. Prosecutors dismissed the misdemeanor battery case after deciding they could not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Department had earlier alleged he “instigated” the fight and sought to “exploit” the women through social media.
